“We accept the challenge of the new, without forgetting the old.” This is the motto that Dennis Nörenberg has adopted since he took over as our chef de la cuisine in 2008. He had formerly worked in the Adlon Hotel and in the gourmet restaurant Imperial at the Bühler Höhe.
Wiener Schnitzel (Viennese escalope of veal), Tafelspitz (prime boiled topside of beef), and Kaiserschmarrn (chopped and sugared pancake with raisins) – the sophisticated and loving preparation of these classic Austrian delicacies is an art in which we are experts. Our creative cuisine also offers a large selection of modern international dishes.
We are always moving forward, discovering new trends and aiming to serve these in harmony with the Austrian cuisine.
